You’ll probably never meet anyone else who’s true happy place involves a free afternoon meandering around the grocery store.
My passion is helping women navigate how to eat, move, and design a lifestyle tailored for their strength, mood, longevity, & stress — shifting self-limiting health narratives or attachment to failed outcomes to one that puts you in the driver’s seat of your own health destiny.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve had an innate curiosity for health optimization, always immersing myself in a podcast or book on various alternative health topics.
Over these years, from careful observation of close family members and all the experimental work on myself, I’ve learned just how much of a say we truly have in our own health trajectory and outcomes.
And I want to help others recognize this power, too.

A key aspect to working with me is that I truly believe there’s a choice in feeling good.
Together, we work on building upon lifestyle habits that serve and support you for the long haul, freeing you from the confusion on what to do to best support your goals. The decisions we consistently make in our 20s and 30’s set the tone for how we feel physically and mentally as we age.
